Clear details for joining
The lobby shows the KaBooom name above the PIN and QR code. Your colors appear on the player badges, player count and join address.
After Hours Club is fictional. Its logo, colors, nicknames and room PIN are sample data. These are static product recreations, not a live room.

“Will everyone need an account?”
Players join in a browser with a PIN and nickname. The organizer signs in to Studio; the audience does not need a player account or app.
“Where does our brand appear?”
Your logo and name appear on the opening screen before the first question. The lobby uses your colors and shows the KaBooom wordmark above the join details.
“Can someone else prepare next month?”
Yes. A community has a shared quiz library with owner, admin and editor roles. Invite another organizer and keep the quizzes in that community.
“What should we tell attendees about data?”
Players do not need to provide an email address or phone number to join. Nicknames, answers and game results are recorded, and the service handles technical connection data. Read the privacy policy before your event.
A community program is planned.
The planned program is for student clubs, nonprofits and open community groups. Verification applications are not open yet. Contact us to request beta access to the current community tools.

Contact us to request access. Once invited to the beta, sign in to Studio, name your community and invite the people who help organize it.
Keep your existing links
A meetup page, social profile or community channel can show who you are. You do not need to send a member list.
Keep proof of a past event
The planned application asks for an event you have already run, at any size. There is no application to submit in Studio yet.
