We can’t leak what we never collected.

Venues and sponsors ask organizers what a quiz app collects from the room. This page is the answer, in plain language. The legalese is linked at the bottom.

A minimal paper vault containing only a nickname card, score dots and a room ticket, with most of the space left empty.
Trust starts with keeping less

What we store

Why It’s how the room and the leaderboard know who you are
How long In the live room while it runs; kept in the game report afterwards
Scores and answer counts
Why The live leaderboard, and the report after
How long Free plan: 90 days. Paid plans: as long as you keep the report
Host email and display name
Why Signing you in and owning your workspace
How long Until you delete your account
Live room state
Why Running the game itself
How long Erased automatically hours after the game ends
Payment details
Why We never see them
How long Held by our merchant of record, not by us

That is the entire list. Players are never asked for an email, a phone number or an account, and there is no tracking identifier attached to them.

Fair play, structurally

  1. Phone

The answer locks the moment it’s tapped.

  2. Server

Scoring happens here, on the server’s clock.

  3. Screen

The correct answer appears only at the reveal.

The correct option is never sent to a player’s phone before the reveal — it isn’t in the payload to begin with.

  • Hosted in the EU

Servers and backups run in Germany. Data doesn’t leave the EU in normal operation.

  • Cookieless analytics

Site analytics are self-hosted and cookieless, so there’s no consent banner to click past.

  • Delete means delete

Deleting your account cascades through workspaces, quizzes and reports. Deleted quizzes sit in a 30-day undo window, then they’re gone.

  • KVKK and GDPR

Turkish company, international audience — both regimes apply from day one, and the data model was designed around them rather than retrofitted.
